By booking a session, submitting your information, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined below.


Pre-Session Consultation

All sessions begin with a planning consultation conducted by phone or video.

During this consultation we review:

• session goals and creative direction
• wardrobe and preparation guidance
• the overall portrait experience
• artwork and investment options
• studio policies and expectations

All adults involved in purchasing decisions must participate. If all decision-makers cannot attend, the session will not be scheduled until everyone has been consulted.


Session Reservations & Deposits

A valid credit card is required to reserve all sessions.

At the time of booking, a session deposit is collected to secure your appointment.

The session deposit:

• reserves studio time and staff
• covers planning and preparation
• does not include artwork or products
• is refundable only if cancellation occurs 7 or more days prior
• is non-transferable

Studio time is reserved exclusively for your session and cannot be rebooked on short notice.


Session Fees & Artwork Investment

Session fees cover the photography experience only.

The studio specializes in custom fine-art portraiture. Artwork and products are purchased separately during the ordering appointment.

Artwork options may include:

• fine art prints
• wall portrait collections
• albums and folios
• framed artwork
• digital image collections

All artwork is custom produced for each client.


Ordering Appointment

Clients return for a design and ordering appointment following the session.

All purchasing decision-makers must attend.

At this appointment:

• portraits are revealed for the first time
• artwork selections are made
• orders are finalized
• payment is completed

Images are archived after this appointment and are not available for later viewing or purchase.

All orders are final once placed.


Payment Policies

Full payment is required at the ordering appointment unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards and approved payment plans.

Artwork is delivered only after full payment is completed.

Returned or disputed payments will pause or cancel order fulfillment until resolved.


Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for larger purchases and must be arranged before or during the ordering appointment.

Artwork is released once paid in full.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of payments made.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• cancellations 7 or more days prior receive a deposit refund
• cancellations within 7 days result in forfeiture of the deposit
• rescheduling within 7 days is treated as a cancellation
• a new session fee is required to book again

The studio may reschedule due to illness or circumstances outside of control.


Late Arrivals & No Shows

Clients must arrive on time.

• arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation
• session time cannot be extended
• failure to arrive is considered a no show

A new session fee is required to reschedule.


Additional Attendees

Only approved individuals may attend sessions.

Unapproved guests are not permitted.

Guests may not photograph or record the session.

No one under 18 is allowed in the studio during boudoir sessions.


Children & Family Sessions

All family members being photographed must attend at the same scheduled time.

Partial family sessions with plans to photograph missing members later are not permitted.


Pets

Pets are welcome with advance notice and must remain under owner supervision.


Wardrobe & Preparation

Clients receive preparation guidance after booking.

Clients are responsible for wardrobe unless styling is arranged.

Reshoots are not provided due to wardrobe or preparation issues.


Reshoots

Reshoots are not offered due to personal preference, styling changes, or appearance-related concerns.

Reshoots may occur only in cases of technical failure at the discretion of the studio.


Artistic Style

Clients acknowledge they are hiring the studio for its distinct artistic style.

Creative decisions remain at the discretion of the photographer.


Image Privacy & Model Release

Images are considered private.

Portraits will not be used publicly without written permission.

Consent for marketing use may be revoked at any time in writing.


Copyright & Image Use

All images remain the copyright of the photographer.

Clients purchasing digital images receive a personal use license.

Images may not be altered, edited, or commercially used without written permission.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By booking and placing an order, clients acknowledge that services are rendered and custom artwork is produced.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks.

Disputes must be addressed directly with the studio.

Improper chargebacks may result in collections and recovery of associated costs.


Liability

The studio is not responsible for:

• injuries during sessions
• loss or damage to personal property
• reactions to cosmetics or products

Clients assume responsibility for themselves, their children, and pets.


Gift Certificates

Gift certificates:

• must be used before expiration
• are not redeemable for cash
• may not be replaced if lost or expired

Clients are encouraged to schedule promptly for best availability.

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Limited evening or weekend sessions may be available.
