Icon By M was founded by Marian Diop, a Dallas-Fort Worth photographer and brand strategist with 15 years behind the lens and an MBA and decade-long career in corporate sales and consulting before that.

Marian spent years advising companies on growth strategy, walking boardrooms, and studying how executives communicate authority before a single word is spoken. She left that world to build something that combines both skills. The result is a photographer who does not just take pictures. She understands positioning, perception, and what it takes to be taken seriously at the highest levels.
